Minimum/General Experience:: Minimum of ten (10) years specialized work experience including training in disciplines related to conducting studies, analysis of findings and making recommendations on operating programs that require application of qualitative and quantitative techniques. Must have experience in projects related to management improvement, productivity improvement, management controls, and long range planning. This also includes developing guidance on techniques for management and methods improvement as well as organizational improvement. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance. 

Additional Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Must have excellent written and oral communications skills and experience developing process-related papers, studies, and formal presentations.
  • Must have experience of leading and supervising a team.
  • Must have ability to conduct comprehensive research and analysis.
  • Must have ability to conduct comprehensive research and analysis.
  • Must have ability to educate and inform senior management on various alternatives.
  • Must have ability to review, synthesize, and prepare highly technical, sensitive and complex documents, briefing materials, management directives and correspondence.

Minimum Education:: Master’s degree in Business Management, Public Policy, Economics, or a closely related field.
