Minimum/General Experience::Minimum of seven (7) years specialized work experience including training in disciplines related to conducting studies, analysis of findings and making recommendations on operating programs that require application of qualitative and quantitative techniques. Must have three or more years’ experience in immigration related operations and or/policy research. Must have demonstrated knowledge of immigration processes to certify academic institutions for enrolment of international students. Must have experience supporting the development of integrated master schedules and project plans. Must have demonstrated MS Word, Excel, Project and Share Point experience. Must have experience in projects related to management improvement, productivity improvement, management controls, and long range planning including developing guidance on techniques for management and methods improvement as well as organizational improvement.Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance. 
 
Additional Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Must have excellent written and oral communications skills and experience developing process-related papers, studies, and formal presentations.
  • Must have ability to conduct comprehensive research and analysis.
  • Must have ability to educate and inform senior management on various alternatives.
  • Must have ability to review, synthesize, and prepare highly technical, sensitive and complex documents, briefing materials, management directives and correspondence.

Minimum Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Public Policy, Economics, or a closely related field.
